Phone is broken again

The Samsung Rant does not meet my standards in durability.  The screen is dead but I did get the voice mail from a certain slightly intoxicated friend. ;)

I should still have most of your phone numbers but I may ask some of you again.

If you need to get a hold of me, use my Google Voice number: (760) 576-4026, I'll receive voicemail and text's.

Cheers!

Want!

I consider this my first real con experience since OCS since at AX I only had half a brain and no energy.  Click HERE for the gallery.  Below are some perdy pictures. Shout outs went here.

Phone Numbers, please.

My phone died and was replaced (under warranty!) but all my contacts were lost so I need your numbers/names.  Comments are screened so no one else will see what you post.

Also, please no more texting.  I don't have a plan so each text costs me $0.30 (SDCC texts alone cost me $33).  Occasional and random txts are still welcome, they always put a smile on my face.

I lost some good videos in that phone.  Good banana videos.

In other news: I'm sunburned all over from running on the beach for 2 hours without a shirt on.  It's going to be a fun night with this sting. :)  There is a great little non man made trail on the Carlsbad beach cliff were the water hits the cliff, at some points the trail is only about a foot wide and one side is a 14 foot fall.  There are parts of this 'trail' where it is very wide, enough for a couple to lay down and enjoy some privacy away from the beach....... Will she take the bait?

So, no calls or texts.  This is why I look for Nokia phones, unfortunately Sprint has a poor Nokia selection so I settled for a Samsung.

Rit dye fail.

Okay, I tried dying a tan belt using dark brown dye.  The belt came out black.

I used too much dye (half a bottle) and did not use the washer machine.  Instead I used a coffee can and shook/swirled the can like a machine for 5 minutes then let it soak for a few hours.

Did I fail in using too much dye or do you have to use a machine?

See ya'll at Comic Con, this will likely be my last one for many years due to military.

The bait is layed...

My summer plans: NO FANIME/AX

  • May. 15th, 2009 at 10:33 PM
Pip
From May 21st to early July, I won’t have internet access.

Fanime: No go.
AX: No go, but maybe last day since I get home during that weekend.
SDCC: Most likely Yes. *do have full pass*
PMX/ALA: Yes unless something comes up.

That’s right, for the first time in like 7 years, I won’t be going to AX.  From May 21st to early July I’ll be at US Marine Corps. OCS.  It’s hard to explain but basically I’ll be in Virginia for military ‘training’ for six weeks this summer and six weeks next summer then sent back here for school during the Fall/Spring semesters. After I graduate (I’m too old to still be saying that), I’ll go active duty.

No Cherry Blossoms for you, Ken!

Happened on the 5 at about 75 MPH.  Don't know cause.  It's fun to change a tire with 80MPH traffic two feet away from you! :)

I'll be there tomorrow in a different car because my replacement tire wont be in til Monday, the guys at the shop could not patch this. :D
